This report presents averages indicators of condo fees, condo fees annual growth, condo market values and condo market values annual growth that were based on the end-of-year 2020 public information of such websites as: www.strata.ca and www.condos.ca

We decided to start Condo Fees Statistics Trends monitoring because “Toronto condos” which originally was intended as a cheaper alternative to housing, is becoming much more expensive. However, such a situation is not the same for other Canadian provinces.  Some of them have much lower maintenance fees.
We are committed to understanding why condo fees of GTA are so different from other Canadian provinces and look for ways to make condo fees more efficient, more affordable, and condo life more comfortable!
